4. Shipping Costs
For purchases over 13 euros, we do not charge shipping fees. For purchases under 13 euros, the shipping cost (as indicated on the website) will be applied.

1. Warranty Product Repairs
Products purchased from Demo that are under warranty can be returned for repair free of charge, along with the required documentation (warranty card). Demo reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service, and you will be notified of such changes in a timely manner via the provided email address.

2. Complaints and Free Service
The right to file a complaint and receive free servicing is void if the repair or attempt at repair was performed by unauthorized personnel, or if the product was used improperly.
3. Complaint for Damaged Package Upon Arrival
If the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet specifications, the issue must be reported immediately in the presence of the courier. If the courier does not wait for the inspection of the package, the complaint deadline is 14 days. If the package is damaged, the complaint must be reported within 24 hours after delivery; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
4. Installation or First Use Issues If the product is defective during installation or at the first use, please notify our customer service immediately by phone or email.
5. Functional Defect Complaints
If the product was purchased online, please contact our customer service, who will instruct the courier to pick up the defective product and deliver it to our complaints department. You also have the right to file a complaint directly at the official service center.
Damaged Package Complaint
If the ordered product arrives damaged, contact the courier service within 24 hours to create a report, and then notify us immediately.
Service and Refund
1. Repair and Replacement
If the product is defective upon installation or first use, the service technician must verify the legitimacy of the complaint and the completeness of the claimed items before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
2. Return Conditions
The complaint will only be accepted if the returned product is complete, undamaged, in its original packaging, and the official technician has confirmed the validity of the complaint.
3. Price Changes
Demo reserves the right to change prices. If a product was ordered and received at a certain price, and later the price drops, the customer is not entitled to a refund for the price difference.
Contract Cancellation and Refund
1. Cancellation by Phone or Email
You may cancel your order by phone or email. If the canceled order is delivered to you, please do not accept the product.
2. 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice must be sent by mail to the following address: Demo, Szabadka. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
3. Return Conditions
Only products that are undamaged and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, will be accepted for return. After receiving the product, we will inspect its condition.
4. Refund
The refund will be processed after the product has been received and its condition has been checked.
